• ABSTRACT: This paper presents the features of frequency modulation and methods for the construction of the frequency modulators used in the radio-communication appliances widely. Based on the designed high-frequency LC oscillator is proposed and presented sequence for dimensioning of variant of the governing circuit with varicap which provides its transformation into a frequency modulator.
