- ABSTRACT: Based on a study in Bulgarian SMEs are identified factors that influence the motivation of human resources. The purpose of th e paper is to investigate the relation between the labour motivation and the organizational development. A key factor for achieving sustainable organizational development is staff motivation. Creative management approaches proposed to effectively motivate employees to improve their labor activity in achieving the desired organizational goals.The paper presents directions for improvement of labour performance and efficiency.
