  • ABSTRACT: The followings were studied, the structure, phase composition, microhardness and depth of hardalloyed coating on the samples and details, obtained by polystyrene foam casting by gasified models, on a work surface which is applied with powdered solid carbide. It was established that the heat treatment of such products with dual phase recrystallization increases abrasive wear resistance 1,7 ÷ 1,8 times greater.
