  • ABSTRACT: Abstract. Raising of the rate of production and export of fresh and processed fruit and vegetable in Uzbekistan, implementation of the existing potential in this area may be an important factor in the growth and diversification of exports, reduce the vulnerability of the macroeconomic situation of the unstable market situation on the world, create new jobs and increase the real incomes of the population, especially in countryside. All this will contribute not only to accelerate the pace of economic growth, but also the strengthening of macroeconomic and social stability. However, the analysis shows that there is an urgent need for further deepening of reforms in the sphere of production and sale of fresh and processed fruit and vegetable products.
